Getting started
What Spar does
A plain-English overview of what Spar does for your store and how it's different from a checklist or a heatmap tool.
Spar is a full CRO workflow in one product. Most CRO tools stop at a checklist or a heatmap. Spar runs the whole loop:
- Profile your store. Learn your brand's tone, audiences, pricing tier, and funnel shape so every recommendation is grounded in your context — not a generic best-practice list.
- Diagnose conversion gaps. Run thousands of UX rules against your page code and UI, and analyze your GA4 and Microsoft Clarity data across device, channel, geography, funnel flow, page speed, and error rates.
- Score and prioritize. Every gap gets a revenue impact score. Every hypothesis is scored across ICE (impact × confidence × ease), PIE (potential × importance × ease), and PXL (high-signal binary checks).
- Generate test ideas. Each high-impact gap turns into one or more hypotheses with wireframe previews you can review before writing any code.
- Build, deploy, monitor. Turn an idea into a real A/B test, push the variant code to your store, and let Spar watch for statistical significance.
What this gets you
- A health score across the customer-journey stages (Discovery, Understanding, Trust, Desire, Confidence, Friction, Loyalty, Performance — configurable per team) so you know what's working and what isn't.
- A prioritized backlog that doesn't require an analyst to interpret.
- Evidence behind every recommendation — UX rule citations and behavioral data — so you can defend it to a stakeholder.
- Shareable links for clients and teammates, no Spar account required to view.
What Spar is not
- It's not a survey tool.
- It's not a session-replay tool on its own (it uses Clarity for that).
- It's not a hand-rolled report — every output is generated from your actual store and your actual data.
Who it's for
- CRO agencies running audits for many clients.
- In-house ecommerce teams that want to ship more tests with fewer analysts.
- Founders who want a clear "what should I fix first" list without paying for a consultant.
