Sharing a report

Reports are the right share format when you want to hand someone a frozen point-in-time view of the store's CRO health.

Generating and sharing

1. Go to Reports in the sidebar.
2. Click Generate report, pick a date range and the sections to include.
3. Once generation finishes, click the report and copy the share URL.

The recipient doesn't need a Spar account.

Why reports are different from live shares

A shared opportunity reflects the current state. If a teammate updates the opportunity an hour later, the recipient sees the update.

A shared report is immutable. Whatever the data looked like when the report was generated is what the recipient sees forever. That's exactly what you want when you're sending a deliverable to a client.

Store-level share

You can also share an entire store at once — useful when a client wants to poke around. Use the store share token from the Reports archive view.
