Reports

A report is a frozen-in-time snapshot of the state of a store — health score, top opportunities, running tests, and recent wins — packaged up as a single shareable link.

When to generate one

• Monthly client review.
• Quarterly business review.
• After a notable test wins, to circulate the result.
• Before a planning meeting, so everyone arrives with the same context.

What's in a report

• Cover with the store name, date range, and brand.
• Health score at the time of generation, with the per-stage breakdown.
• Top opportunities by projected gain.
• Active and recent tests with their status and current results.
• Notable observations pulled in from Data.

Sharing

Generate a report from the Reports page (you'll need at least one audit to have completed). Once generated, copy the shareable link — recipients don't need a Spar account.

Reports are immutable once generated. Re-run the report any time you want a new snapshot.

Bulk archive

The Generate report dialog has options for date range, notes, and sections to include. Archive multiple reports to a single zip from the Reports page if you want to keep an offline copy.
