Triage

Your ranked inbox of every gap on the store. The fastest way to decide what to act on.

Triage is the single-list view of every gap on the store, sorted with the highest revenue impact at the top. It's the page most teams live in day to day.

What's in the list

Each row is a gap that one of Spar's rules opened on a specific page or set of pages. For each row you'll see:

  • Title and journey stage — what the gap is and which stage of the customer journey it affects.
  • Impact — Spar's estimate of how much this gap is costing you, based on the affected segment and the funnel stage.
  • Affected pages — the page or page type the gap appears on.
  • Evidence — UX rule citation plus any matching analytics signal.

What you can do from Triage

  • Dismiss a gap if it's not relevant (a rule that doesn't apply to your brand, for example).
  • Promote a gap into an Opportunity so you can turn it into a test or a fix.
  • Open the page preview to see the gap highlighted in the actual page.

Tips

  • Use the filters at the top to narrow by journey stage, page type, or severity.
  • Triage updates after every audit refresh. Old gaps that were dismissed stay dismissed; new gaps slot into the ranking based on their impact.
