Team

Workspace-level settings — name, members, roles, and shared config.

Team settings are scoped to your workspace, not a single store. Changes here apply to every store the team has access to.

General

Name and basic info for the workspace. Mostly cosmetic — appears in the top-left switcher and on reports.

Members

Members table with the role dropdown open.

Invite teammates, change roles, and remove access. Available roles:

  • Owner — full access, including billing, team settings, and the ability to delete the workspace. Created automatically for whoever sets the team up.
  • Admin — same access as Owner for day-to-day work (manage members, edit team settings, manage all stores and tests).
  • Member — can create and run tests, manage ideas and opportunities, and use notebooks. Can't change team settings or billing.
  • Guest — read-only on test results and notebooks. Best for clients or stakeholders who only need to review.

Invitations are sent by email. Invitees set up their own password on first sign-in.

Config

Workspace-level config like:

  • Default rule packs.
  • Scoring overrides (e.g. always include mobile-first weighting).
  • Default journey-stage definitions.

Most teams never need to touch this. Defaults are good.
